If you are thinking of quitting your job because of burnout, read this first.

Hi there,

So you are in back-to-back meetings.

You feel exhausted daily. Mentally worn out.

And you feel like you are getting nothing done.

And you might even feel others are out to get you [fired.]

Quitting your job might seem like a solution.

But your burnout might not be solely tied to your current job.

There is more to burnout than meets the eye.

Often, it is not your employment pulling you into burnout.

It might be your relationship with your environment (work, private, social).

These 5 practices can help you address burnout in your present job while also preparing you for future opportunities.
